Schultz组化方法显示胆固醇对多种组织都是常用的。但按原方法要费时半月,且因要以冰冻切片作捞片,在染色过程中极易使切片破损,对本即松散的组织捞片,甚至可使得染色反应无法进行。我们对此方法做了重要改进,大大缩短了时程(后半月余减至4~5天),并把捞片改为恒冷切片后直接粘贴于载片或盖片上,大大改善了切片在染色过程中的完整性,使松散组织亦可进行染色。现将改良方法简介如下:1.取新鲜材料恒冷切片20μm,直接敷贴于载片上,空气干燥。2.CCF液
