1979年我们对过去三次全省性结核病流行病学调查资料进行分析,发现当时我省防痨工作存在的一个重要问题是治疗力量薄弱,治疗与其它防治措施相比处于落后地位,因而提出大力加强治疗工作的建议。这项建议为我省卫生领导部门采纳,自1980年以来作为重要工作来安排。两年多来,由于党和政府的重视与支持以及许多同志的努力,做了不少工作,但从整体工作看,还只处于起步阶段,还说不清它的实际效果。这里只就我们继续进行的工作简要介绍,并谈谈我们对这个问题的一些看法。

Here is a brief summary of the work we are continuing with and some of our views on this issue.
