目的:探讨提高纤支镜对肺癌诊断的方法。方法:所有病人经纤支镜检查,按照活检、冲洗、刷检顺序进行,三项技术检查阳性率进行比较。结果:纤支镜检查总阳性率为8188% 。活检、冲洗、刷检阳性率分别为6414% 、6683% 、7188% (P< 005);同时做三项检查的568 例中,阳性者460 例,总阳性率8099% 。结论:三项技术检查之间有相互弥补作用,综合检查及纤支镜复检可明显提高肺癌诊断率。
Objective: To explore the methods of improving the diagnosis of lung cancer with bronchoscope. METHODS: All patients underwent bronchoscopy examination and were performed in the order of biopsy, irrigation, and brushing. The positive rates of the three techniques were compared. Results: The total positive rate of bronchoscopy was 8188%. The positive rates of biopsy, irrigation, and brushing were 6414%, 6683%, and 7188% respectively (P<005). Among the 568 cases that performed three tests, 460 were positive, and the total positive rate was 5%. 8099%. Conclusion: There are mutual compensatory effects among the three technical examinations. Comprehensive examination and re-examination of bronchoscopy can significantly improve the diagnosis rate of lung cancer.
