为了寻找一种用于SO_2氧化的非钒催化剂,本文介绍了对Cr—Sn系催化剂进行研究的情况。在前人工作的基础上[1,2],我们着重对活性组分的配比、制备方法、载体的选择及加载方法、催化剂的寿命、耐热性等方面进行了研究,并在工厂中用原料气对催化剂进行了考察。结果证明,用我们的方法(浸渍锻烧法)制得的Cr—Sn催化剂在500℃、空速3600时-1的条件下,SO_2的转化率可达86%。同时,用工厂原料气考察的结果证明,该催化剂具有一定的寿命及检查性能。因此,我们认为该催化剂具有一定的工业价值。
In order to find a non-vanadium catalyst for SO 2 oxidation, this paper describes the case of Cr-Sn-based catalysts. Based on the previous work [1,2], we focused on the ratio of active ingredients, preparation methods, carrier selection and loading method, the life of the catalyst, heat resistance and other aspects were studied and in the factory The catalyst was investigated with feed gas. The results show that the Cr 2 Sn catalyst prepared by our method (impregnation calcination method) has a SO 2 conversion of 86% at 500 ℃ and a space velocity of 3600 h -1. At the same time, the results of investigation with raw material gas of the factory prove that the catalyst has certain life span and inspection performance. Therefore, we believe that the catalyst has a certain industrial value.
