随着中国城市化进程不断加剧,云南各地州城市正开始新一轮的城市建设,对整个城市的规划发展来说,商业渗透于城市研究的各个方面,对城市的发展起着举足轻重的作用。本文意图利用级差地租理论对地州城市商业空间的布局进行研究分析,以期总结出一些对云南地州城市商业发展有益的建议。
As the process of urbanization in China continues to intensify, cities and prefectures in Yunnan are beginning a new round of urban construction. For the planning and development of the entire city, commercial infiltration in all aspects of urban research plays a decisive role in the development of the city. This article intends to make use of the theory of differential rent to research and analyze the layout of commercial space in prefectures and cities, with a view to summarizing some suggestions that are beneficial to the commercial development of cities in Yunnan.
