采用混合盐反应法原位合成TiB_2/A356复合材料,研究了Mg和RE元素对复合材料的微观组织的影响,并探讨了其作用机理。结果表明,在5%TiB_2/A356复合材料中加入1.5%Mg时,TiB_2颗粒尺寸得到细化且分布均匀。当Mg含量达到3%时,其对TiB_2细化作用减弱。在联合添加Mg和RE元素时,能够进一步细化样品中的TiB_2颗粒、α-Al和共晶Si相,且能使TiB_2颗粒分布更加均匀。随着RE含量的增加细化效果更加明显。
TiB_2 / A356 composites were synthesized in-situ by a mixed salt reaction method. The effects of Mg and RE elements on the microstructure of the composites were studied and the mechanism of action was discussed. The results show that when 1.5% Mg is added into 5% TiB_2 / A356 composite, the grain size of TiB_2 is refined and distributed uniformly. When the content of Mg reaches 3%, its refining effect on TiB 2 weakened. The addition of Mg and RE elements can further refine the TiB 2, α-Al and eutectic Si phases in the sample and make the distribution of TiB 2 particles more uniform. With the increase of RE content, the refining effect is more obvious.
