随着科学工程技术的发展,为了培养出适应经济发展的高素质技术工程领域人才,我国提出了高等教育人才培养改革“卓越计划”。在“卓越计划”的引导下,高职院校软件技术专业也开展了一系列教学改革,虽然取得了一定的成就,但是依然存在许多问题。本文主要基于卓越计划下对高职院校软件技术工程专业存在的薄弱环节进行分析研究,结合高职院校卓越计划实施的情况,并谈谈高职院校如何结合自身的教学来促进人才培养。
With the development of science and engineering technology, in order to train qualified personnel in the fields of high-quality technical engineering adapted to the economic development, China has put forward the reform of personnel training and reform in higher education “Excellent Plan ”. Under the guidance of “Excellence Program”, a series of teaching reforms have been carried out in the software technology specialty of higher vocational colleges. Although some achievements have been made, there are still many problems. This article is mainly based on the excellence plan of software technology engineering in vocational colleges and weaknesses in the analysis of the existing problems, combined with the implementation of excellence programs in higher vocational colleges, and talk about how to combine their own higher vocational colleges to promote personnel training .
