“卓越工程师教育培养计划”是国家旨在培养造就一大批具有工程实践和创新能力、适应社会现代化建设需要的高质量的工程技术人才而提出的重大教育改革项目,也是当前高等工科院校各专业的学生的培养目标.本文以国家和用人单位对电子信息类专业人才培养的需要出发,分析了当前电子技术工程实践能力和创新能力培养现状,阐明了以实践创新能力为核心的培养要求;依据卓越工程师的“国家通用标准”和行业专业标准,创造性地提出以培养卓越工程师为宗旨的电子技术教学和校企联合培养新教学模式;构建了适应实践动手能力和创新能力培养的实践教学新体系.
