设计了一种多道激光Raman光谱检测系统,由Ar+激光器、外光路、多色仪和光学多道分析仪(OMAⅢ)组成。通过对CCl4、C6H6、C6H12的Raman光谱的检测表明,与单道激光Raman光谱检测系统相比,多道系统大大缩短了记录Raman光谱的时间,但每道的积分时间可延长至10~50s,将多道探测器的工作温度降低到5℃,可获得信噪比高、灵敏度高、质量好的Raman光谱。采用微分软件处理Raman光谱曲线,可提取出几乎淹没在瑞利线中的Raman峰。
A multi-channel laser Raman spectroscopy system is designed and consists of Ar + laser, external light path, polychromator and optical multi-channel analyzer (OMAⅢ). The Raman spectra of CCl4, C6H6 and C6H12 show that compared with single laser Raman spectroscopy system, the multichannel system greatly shortens the recording time of Raman spectrum, but the integration time of each channel can be extended to 10 ~ 50s, The multi-channel detector operating temperature is reduced to 5 ℃, get high signal-to-noise ratio, high sensitivity, good quality Raman spectrum. Raman spectra were processed using differential software to extract Raman peaks that were almost submerged in the Rayleigh line.
