目的：观察枸橼酸莫沙比利胶囊联合双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗老年糖尿病慢性便秘的临床疗效。方法：将142例老年糖尿病慢性便秘患者随机分为治疗组78例和对照组64例，2组均常规服用降糖药物控制血糖，在此基础上治疗组给予枸橼酸莫沙比利联合双歧三联活菌胶囊口服，对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙比利口服。比较2组治疗后2周、1个月便秘症状的情况和空腹血糖（FBG）、血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Cr）、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）的变化。结果：治疗组便秘症状改善，情况好于对照组。治疗后1个月治疗组 FBG、BUN 及 Cr、ALT 改善情况均优于对照组。结论：枸橼酸莫沙比利联合双歧三联活菌胶囊能有效改善老年糖尿病慢性便秘，并且对患者各项血液生化指标具有改善功效。“,”objective to observe the mo sand Billy citrate capsules combined dichotomous triple viable capsules in the treatment of chronic constipation in elderly diabetes clinical curative effect .Methods 142 cases of chronic constipation in elderly diabetes patients were randomly divided into treatment group 78 cases and control group 78 examples ,two groups are routine hypoglycemic drugs to keep blood sugar under control ,and on the basis of the treatment group given citrate moser Billy combined dichotomous triple viable capsules orally ,the control group given citrate moser Billy oral .Compare the two groups after treatment 2 weeks ,1 month constipation symptoms and fasting blood glu-cose (FBG) ,blood urea nitrogen (BUN) ,serum creatinine (Cr) ,serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) .Results the treatment group con-stipation symptoms improved ,better than the control group .1 month after treatment in treatment group FBG ,BUN and Cr ,ALT to im-prove the situation.
