随着当前娱乐行业的快速发展,该行业间的竞争也变得越来越激烈,对相关的人才的要求也越来越高。播音主持专业在人才的培养上需要做出适当的调整和改变,才能保证培养出来的人才符合当前市场的需要。本文首先对当前播音主持专业人才培养存在的问题展开分析,然后探讨了播音主持复合型人才培养模式。
With the rapid development of the current entertainment industry, the competition among the industries has become more and more intense, and the requirements for relevant personnel are also getting higher and higher.
