将复杂系统的脆性理论引用到黄河灾害的研究。量化了复杂系统脆性的定义和特性,并基于复杂系统的脆性特征,运用系统动力学原理对黄河中下游的自然灾害进行系统的分析,建立了自然灾害系统的链锁式反应机制模型。在此基础上,结合黄河中下游的现状,提出了工程和非工程的灾害预防控制措施。
The brittleness theory of complex system is applied to the study of Yellow River disaster. The definition and characteristics of the brittleness of the complex system were quantified. Based on the brittle characteristics of the complex system, the system dynamics was used to systematically analyze the natural disasters in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, and the chain reaction mechanism model of the natural disaster system was established. On this basis, combined with the status of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, proposed engineering and non-engineering disaster prevention and control measures.
