我于1981年11月至1982年4月在意大利参加了由该国外交部国际技术合作发展常设秘书处(简称 SIOI)和意大利外交部发展合作处开设的造林技术训练班。学习期间结合实习,先后参观了被誉为意大利“绿色首都”的毕斯刀牙省“布鲁斯基造林、果树、花卉、蔬菜发展中心”及一些农林学院的实习林场、国家林木种子繁殖中心、树木园、树木博物馆、温室、育苗工厂、山地造林、造纸厂、葡萄酒场、防火站、水土保持措施、沿海森林的污染、花卉和自然科学公园等。这次学习,开阔了眼界,收获很大。现仅将对我国、我省林业生产、科研和教学上有所借鉴的一些情况,介绍于下,供参考。
From November 1981 to April 1982, I participated in Italy in the reforestation technology training course opened by the Permanent Secretariat of International Cooperation in Technology Development (SIOI) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’s Development Cooperation Branch. During the study period, he visited the “Bluski Reforestation, Fruit Tree, Flower and Vegetable Development Center” and the forestry field of some agroforestry institutes in Bethel, known as the “Green Capital of Italy”, as well as the National Tree Seed Reproduction Center, Parks, tree museums, greenhouses, nursery plants, mountain reforestation, paper mills, wine farms, fire stations, soil and water conservation measures, pollution of coastal forests, flowers and natural science parks. This study has broadened the horizons and achieved great rewards. At present, we will introduce only some of the information we have learned from forestry production, scientific research and teaching in our country and our province for reference.
