为贯彻江泽民同志提出的“以德治国”重要思想,公安院校实现“以德治校”势在必行,刻不容缓。本文就公安院校“以德治校”问题谈几点粗浅看法。1.公安院校“以德治校”的主要内涵。2.加强师德建设始终是公安院校“以德治校”的关键,可以从以下几方面努力:提高教师职业道德认识;不断提高自身素质;建立科学有效的机制。3.对公安院校学生进行道德教育,要克服形式主义,增强针对性和实效性。具体说来要实现四个统一:实现道德教育与成才教育的统一;实现道德教育与形势教育的统一;实现道德教育与审美教育的统一;实现道德教育与学生个性发展的统一。
To carry out the important thought of “governing the country with morality” put forward by Comrade Jiang Zemin, it is imperative for the public security institutions to realize “governing the school with morality” and it is imperative to do so without delay. This article talks about the problem of “governing the school with morality” in public security colleges and universities. 1. Police colleges and universities “virtue governing school,” the main meaning. 2. To strengthen the construction of teacher’s morality is always the key of “managing the school with morality” in the public security colleges and universities. From the following aspects, we can make efforts to improve teachers’ professional ethics, continuously improve their own quality, and establish a scientific and effective mechanism. 3. To educate students in public security colleges and universities to overcome formalism and enhance the relevance and effectiveness. To be more specific, we should achieve four unifications: to achieve the unification of moral education and education for success; to realize the unification of moral education and situation education; to unify the moral education and aesthetic education; and to unify the moral education and individual personality development.
