《铁道学报》三届三次编委会于1993年8月5日至7日在承德召开。会议由中国铁道学会副理事长、编委会主任万明坤主持,罗冬树秘书长出席了会议。《铁道学报》编辑部向编委们汇报了1992～1993年间的工作总结及今后工作设想。编委们一致同意增补鞠家星、孙章、姚家兴三位同志为编委,姚家兴同志兼任副主编。 全体编委充分肯定了编辑部的工作。编辑部在人员少、经费紧张、条件差的情况下,团结协作、积极进取、
The third editorial board of “Railway Journal” was held in Chengde from August 5 to July 7, 1993. The meeting was chaired by Wan Mingkun, vice chairman of China Railway Society and director of editorial board. Secretary-General Luo Dongshu attended the meeting. The editorial department of Railway Journal reported to the editorial board the work summary from 1992 to 1993 and the future work plan. Editorial Board members agreed to add Ju Jiaxing, Sun Zhang, Yao Jiaxing three comrades as editorial board, Yao Jiaxing concurrently associate editor.
