对花圈痔的治疗,我院以往一直都采用Klosc截除法。1970年,我院即以中西医结合办法,改进了手术方法。手术简单易行,术后无不良反应。4年来共治疗花圈痔32例,直肠粘膜脱垂3例。该手术简称“1、5、4、1”手术(用一根线,穿五针,打四个结,开一刀)。现简介如下: 适应症1.花圈痔(Ⅱ、Ⅲ期广泛性内痔);2.直肠粘膜脱垂。方法术前大便一次,用高锰酸钾水洗涤肛门。手术时取膀胱截石位。常规消毒局麻后,使内痔全部脱出。用直血管钳4把分夹12、3、6、9点
