在中国这片广阔的教育土地上,作为教师,我们一直继承着古时候遗留的教育模式,认为老师就是老师,就应该有威严,在学生面前自然要摆出一副严厉的面孔,让学生害怕,使学生对老师要言听计从,这样才是师生之间应有的关系。可是我在将近二十年的教育生涯中,深深地感受到要想让学生更好地学习、自发地学习,最好的方法就是“互动”——和学生做朋友。
As a teacher in China’s vast land of education, we have inherited the educational model left over from ancient times. We believe that teachers are teachers. Therefore, they should be dignified and naturally they must face a severe face in front of their students so that they will be afraid of students. , So that students should listen carefully to the teacher, so that it should be the relationship between teachers and students. But in my nearly two decades of education, I deeply felt that the best way to make students learn better and learn spontaneously is “interaction” - to be friends with students.
