有人曾提出过这样一个问题,一个几十万人口千余平方公里的县级区域,每天十多个版面的报纸,真的有这么多本土新闻吗?作者坦率地回答,没有!但可以通过策划报道来实现,互联网工具促进了策划报道的提档升级,也日益完善了策划这一“常规武器”的内涵。
