在汽液两相分离流动模型的基础上,建立了垂直管内蒸汽冷凝回流阻液分析模型。采用该模型对单根U型管内蒸汽冷凝回流实验参数下的阻液起始点进行计算,计算结果与实验结果符合较好。分析模型还与现有分析模型和经验关系式进行了比较,结果表明,本模型与DuklerSmith关系式符合较好,而与Kutateladez类型关系式和其它分析模型的偏差相对较大。
On the basis of the two-phase flow model of vapor-liquid separation, the analytical model of the reflux condensation in the vertical tube is established. Using this model, the starting point of liquid resistance under the experimental parameters of steam condensing reflux in a single U - tube was calculated. The calculated results agree well with the experimental results. The analytical model is also compared with the existing analytical models and empirical relationships. The results show that the model is in good agreement with the Dukler-Smith equation, whereas the Kutateladez-type relation and other analytical models are relatively biased.
