水土保持是一项适应自然、改造自然的战略性措施,也是合理利用水土资源的必要途径。煤炭是我国现阶段重要的战略能源物质, 煤炭产业在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位,然而煤炭行业大规模的开发建设活动可能会引发严重的水土流失危害,在建设过程中水土保持方案的制定和实施对于指导煤炭资源的科学开发、维护项目区的生态环境、保护项目区周边人们的身心健康具有重要的指导意义。本文笔者结合自身实践经验对某工程的水土保持评估和分析部分做了简要介绍。
Soil and water conservation is a strategic measure to adapt to nature and transform nature. It is also a necessary way to make rational use of water and land resources. Coal is an important strategic energy substance in our country at this stage. The coal industry occupies a decisive position in the national economy. However, large-scale development and construction activities in the coal industry may lead to serious soil erosion damage. In the process of construction, the formulation of soil and water conservation plans and The implementation has important guiding significance for guiding the scientific development of coal resources, maintaining the ecological environment of the project area, and protecting the physical and mental health of people around the project area. The author of this article combined with his own practical experience of a project of soil and water conservation assessment and analysis made a brief introduction.
