目的:探索改进消毒供应室的工作方法,提高供应室工作效率。方法 :实施规范布局、完善组织管理、岗位建设、信息化建设、改进工作方式及流程以规范护理行为,加强人员之间的沟通等。结果 :通过科学规范改进工作方法,工作效率及人员专业技术水平及整体素质明显提高,服务质量上升。结论 :激发供应室工作人员的积极性和创造性,对提高供应室工作效率,减少差错的发生,有着极其重要的意义。
Objective: To explore ways to improve the working environment of disinfection supply room and improve the working efficiency of supply room. Methods: Implementation of standardized layout, improve organizational management, job building, information technology, improve working methods and processes to standardize nursing behavior, strengthen the communication between personnel and so on. Results: The quality of service increased through scientifically improving working methods, working efficiency, professional and technical level of staff and overall quality. Conclusion: It is very important to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of staff in the supply room to improve the working efficiency of the supply room and reduce the occurrence of errors.
