本文介绍采用Tektronic公司带有GP-IB接口的4041系统控制器、PS5010程控电源、DM5010数字多用表、DC5010可程控频率计和M15010多功能接口卡组成的继电器综合参数自动测试系统.经实践,采用本系统后,不仅提高了产品检验质量,而且大大减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率达4倍以上.系统在4041控制器的控制下,通过GP-IB接口系统连接可以对超小型中功率继电器的主要性能进行自动测试,自动打印测量结果,并指示产品合格与否.
This article describes the use of Tektronic company with GP-IB 4041 system controller, PS5010 program-controlled power supply, DM5010 digital multimeter, DC5010 programmable frequency meter and M15010 multi-function interface card relay integrated parameter automatic test system.
