通过数控车床进行弧形零件的加工,简单、便捷且精度较高,并且能够避免应人工编程造成的错误,提高了编程的质量和效率。文章主要以轧辊弧形零件的数控车削加工为例,对Master CAM在数控车床自动编程中的应用进行了介绍,并分析了弧形零件的数控编程的方法。
Arc parts through the CNC lathe machining, simple, convenient and high precision, and can avoid errors caused by manual programming, improve programming quality and efficiency. The article mainly introduces the CNC machining of the curved arc part of the roller as an example, introduces the application of Master CAM in the automatic programming of CNC lathe, and analyzes the NC programming method of the arc part.
