介绍了智能超声频谱无损检测系统的设计和试验研究.该系统采用实时高速数据采集(ADC,KSV3208),与发射-接收系统及自动提取缺陷电路等一起构成了系统的硬件.将相关分析、谱估计、系统分析、模式识别与神经网络等现代数字信号处理技术应用到整个系统中,构成了系统软件.利用本系统成功地对平槽、圆孔、斜槽(样本数为3×8)进行了定性、定量分析
The design and experimental research of intelligent ultrasonic spectrum nondestructive testing system are introduced. The system uses real-time high-speed data acquisition (ADC, KSV3208), together with the transmit-receive system and the automatic extraction of defective circuits and the like to form the system’s hardware. Modern digital signal processing techniques such as correlation analysis, spectral estimation, system analysis, pattern recognition and neural network are applied to the whole system to form the system software. Using this system, we successfully conducted the qualitative and quantitative analysis of flat trough, round hole and chute (the sample size is 3 × 8)
