目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)与血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelial growth factor,VEGF)-C在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法 55例宫颈癌组织(宫颈癌组)与10例正常宫颈组织(对照组),采用免疫组织化学SP法检测2组iNOS和VEGF-C的表达情况。结果宫颈癌组iNOS与VEGF-C阳性率分别为69.09%和63.64%,对照组分别为20.00%和10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);iNOS表达与VEGF-C呈正相关(r=0.78,P<0.01);宫颈癌组iNOS(+)VEGF-C(+)者淋巴转移的发生率(54.55%)明显高于iNOS(-)VEGF-C(-)者(27.27%)(P<0.05)。结论 iNOS、VEGF-C与宫颈癌的淋巴转移关系密切;针对iNOS、VEGF-C的靶向治疗可能成为宫颈癌治疗的新靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and vascularendothelial growth factor (VEGF) -C in cervical cancer and its relationship with lymph node metastasis. Methods The expressions of iNOS and VEGF-C were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 55 cases of cervical cancer (cervical cancer group) and 10 cases of normal cervical tissue (control group). Results The positive rates of iNOS and VEGF-C in cervical cancer group were 69.09% and 63.64%, respectively, which were respectively 20.00% and 10.00% in control group (P <0.05). The expression of iNOS and VEGF-C were positively correlated = 0.78, P <0.01). The incidence of lymphatic metastasis of iNOS (+) VEGF-C (+) in cervical cancer group was significantly higher than that of iNOS (-) VEGF- P <0.05). Conclusion The iNOS and VEGF-C are closely related to the lymphatic metastasis of cervical cancer. The targeted therapy of iNOS and VEGF-C may be a new therapeutic target for cervical cancer.
