Petro-SIM V3.3是英国KBC公司开发的桌面炼油厂模拟系统,应用该软件,可以实现炼油厂工艺过程的优化设计和开发。洛阳石化利用该软件,通过原油合成,评价合成原油组分,进行常减压装置操作模拟。数据表明,原油性质拟合数据与化验分析一致性高,实沸点蒸馏曲线拟合度好,但轻端模拟需要进行必要的修正;并通过其内置模型建立结焦曲线,从而直观判断油品结焦倾向,判定安全操作区域,指导装置生产。由模型做指导,提高炉出口温度,由394℃提至398℃,再提高到405℃,同时将减压炉注气量由原来的2.5t/h降低至1.0t/h。经过一系列优化调整,实现减压深拔操作,减压渣油530℃含量显著降低,减压拔出率由49.4%提高到53.2%,蜡油收率提高2.01%,当月实现经济效益452.2万元。常减压装置流程模拟能够符合装置实际要求,可以实现指导装置生产、提高经济效益的目的。
