在科学实验和生产实际中,热工参数的测量和控制是保证工艺过程正常进行,达到高产、优质、低消耗和安全生产的必不可少的手段。本文将简要地介绍热工测量及控制仪表的结构、工作原理、基本技术性能及其在科研和机械行业炉子上的选用。包括:基础知识;温度的测量和控制;传热的测量;压力、流量、液位的测量和控制;气体成份分析及碳势的测量和控制以及单元组合仪表、系统等内容。
In scientific experiments and production practice, the measurement and control of thermal parameters are the indispensable means to ensure the normal operation of the process and achieve the high yield, high quality, low consumption and safe production. This article will briefly introduce the thermal measurement and control instrumentation structure, working principle, the basic technical performance and its selection in the research and machinery industry stove. Including: basic knowledge; temperature measurement and control; heat transfer measurement; pressure, flow, level measurement and control; gas composition analysis and measurement and control of carbon potential, as well as the unit combination meter, system and so on.
