烹饪专业的学生要求对美术要有较深刻的认识,因为如果美术基础薄弱,即使拥有较好的烹饪技术,但由于缺乏艺术的表现力和创造力,也不能很好地表达其烹饪理念。只有将烹饪技术和艺术完美地结合,才能使菜肴的色、香、味、形发挥到极致。通过美术基础教学与训练,强化学生对美术基本造型及色彩表现的认识,是烹饪美术基础课的根本意义所在。
Culinary students are required to have a deeper understanding of fine arts because if the art foundation is weak, even with good cooking techniques, its cooking philosophy can not be expressed well due to the lack of artistic expression and creativity. Only the perfect combination of cooking techniques and art to make the dishes of color, smell, taste, shape to the extreme. Through the basic art teaching and training, to strengthen students’ understanding of the basic styling and color performance of art is the fundamental significance of the basic course of culinary arts.
