我国高校多元化用人模式并存,劳动关系繁杂,对和谐劳动关系的构建提出了严峻的挑战。目前,我国高校劳动关系存在一些问题:人事管理制度有待完善、和谐劳动关系的氛围有待形成、劳动法律法规意识有待加强。因此,要积极采取对策,要完善人力资本激励机制,规范高校劳动关系;注重心理契约管理,营造和谐劳动氛围;完善相关法律制度,促进依法劳动管理。
The co-existence of diversified employment models in colleges and universities in our country has complicated labor relations and poses a severe challenge to the construction of harmonious labor relations. At present, there are some problems in the labor relations in colleges and universities in our country: the system of personnel management needs to be perfected, the atmosphere of harmonious labor relations needs to be formed, and the awareness of labor laws and regulations needs to be strengthened. Therefore, it is necessary to take active measures to improve the incentive mechanism of human capital, standardize the labor relations in colleges and universities; pay attention to the management of psychological contract, create a harmonious working atmosphere; improve the relevant legal system and promote labor administration in accordance with the law.
