天市津房产住宅科研所高级建筑师栾全训最近就城市旧居住区改造中的标准化问题谈了看法。他认为鉴于旧居住区的改造不同于新居住区的建设,其条件往往苛刻得多。一.要坚持从改造(建)规划着手,成片规划,分期实现。这对运用和推行标准化起着重要的作用。目前城市的旧居住区改造已提到日程上,当务之急要搞好旧区的改造规划工作。有了规划,才能有利于我们考虑哪些可以使用或需要编制的标准设计图
Tian Quanzi, senior architect of the Tianshi Real Estate Residential Research Institute, recently discussed the standardization issues in the transformation of old urban residential areas.
