The file cadre training class opened in October 1982 in Xiangtan University was successfully completed in July this year. On July 9, the graduation ceremony was held in Xiangtan University and a certificate of completion was issued to all the students. These students are treated by college for one year. A total of 48 people attending this training course, mostly prefectures (cities), counties, provincial agencies Archives Bureau (Section) Director.
