本文拟定了在阿拉伯树胶存在下,硒-硫氰酸盐-丁基罗丹明B缔合型三元配合物分光光度法测定微量硒的研究。硒在过量SCN-存在时形成络阴离子,再与丁基罗丹明B缔合,其配合物的最大吸收波长为590nm,ε_(590)=1.33×10~5,显色酸度范围在pH3.2—3.6,0—7μg/25ml硒服从朗伯比尔定律,颜色稳定,大部分常见阳离子和阴离子不干扰。操作简便、快速,测定时能达到满意的结果。
