蓝色经济区,不只是一个涉海经济的空间概念,还是一个系统创新、可持续发展和陆海一体化的发展战略。它通过制定陆海一体的产业发展规划,形成合理产业布局、实现海洋产业持续发展的同时,使沿海和腹地经济优势互补,互为依托,实现共同发展。建设富有特色和可持续发展的山东半岛蓝色经济区是中华民族走上复兴之路的伟大创造与壮举。新的经济发展模式需要实施新的科学发展战略。
The Blue Economic Zone is not just a spatial concept of the economy involving the sea, but also a development strategy of system innovation, sustainable development and land-sea integration. By formulating an industrial development plan integrating land and sea, a reasonable industrial layout has been formed to achieve the sustainable development of the marine industry. At the same time, the economic advantages of the coastal areas and the hinterland complement each other and rely on each other for common development. The establishment of a blue economic zone in Shandong Peninsula with distinctive characteristics and sustainable development is a great creation and feat for the Chinese nation to embark on the road to rejuvenation. The new economic development model needs to implement a new strategy of scientific development.
