1 工程简介中条山供水工程是小浪底移民重点补偿工程,由国家发展计划委员会直接投资,由水利部黄河水利委员会设计院总承包,4号隧洞是其中的一项单位工程,总长4.6km,总投资967万元。工程位于山区,分包商是河南水利第一工程局。2 施工合同管理机构的设立施工合同管理是工程项目管理的核心,因为每项施工过程的实施都是履行合同的过程,每项施工活动的发生都是履行义务和行使权利的过程。为此,项目部选择懂技术、善经营、会管理的人员组成合同管理部门,对施工合同进行专项管理。
