该项根据全尾砂粒级细、料浆浓度高和采用自流输送的特点,重点对全尾砂胶结充填料浆的特性和胶结机理进行了研究。取得如下主要成果:(1)高浓度全尾砂胶结机理方面有所突破,首次提出了全尾砂胶结充填料泌水性的概念。根据其泌水性,从理论上阐明了高浓度全尾砂充填料的胶结机理。试验中观察到,即使充填料含水达30%,充填体表面存在覆盖水层的情况下,充填料浆仍能很好地胶
According to the characteristics of fine grain size of the tail, high slurry concentration and gravity flow, the characteristics of the tailings cementing slurry and the cementation mechanism are mainly studied. The main achievements are as follows: (1) A breakthrough has been made in the mechanism of high-concentration tailings cementing. The concept of bleed-through of the tailing cementing filler has been proposed for the first time.
