作为教师,我们总是兢兢业业地工作,认认真真地教学,很多时候不善于运用鼓励性语言来调动学生的积极性,过于简单地处理教学中的问题。然而,在德育中教师的语言至关重要,谚云“:它不是蜜,却能粘住一切。”这里讲的就是语言艺术的魅力。准确生动的鼓励语言,能始终紧扣学生的心弦,使学生保持高度的注意力。因此,鼓励的语言在德育中起着重要作用。 As teachers, we always work diligently and conscientiously to teach.
