笔者遇到2例卡他性结膜炎患儿应用激素治疗而致青光眼。现摘1例报告如下。 患儿男,9岁。3年前因双眼发红伴奇痒,在当地医院诊断为春季卡他性结膜炎,给予0.5％醋酸考的松眼药水滴眼。由于反复发作,使用激素眼药达3年之久,多则每日滴眼10次,少则5～6次。近2年视力逐渐减退,夜间更差,不伴头痛、眼胀。查体:右眼视力0.08,左眼0.04。双眼睑结膜充血、肥厚,乳头肥大而坚硬,睑裂处球结膜暗红色,角膜缘呈灰白色胶样隆起。双侧瞳孔直径约
I encountered two cases of catarrhal conjunctivitis caused by hormone therapy and glaucoma. Now pick a case report as follows. Children male, 9 years old. 3 years ago with red eyes with itchy eyes, diagnosed in the local hospital for catarrhal conjunctivitis in spring, give 0.5% acetic acid test of eye drops. Due to recurrent use of hormonal eye drops up to 3 years, as many as 10 drops per day, ranging from 5 to 6 times. Visual acuity gradually diminished in the past two years, worse at night, without headache, swollen eyes. Physical examination: right eye visual acuity 0.08, left eye 0.04.
