硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)分解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定3种海藻中铜、锰、锌微量元素含量。结果表明上述海藻均富含与人体健康密切相关的铜、锰、锌微量元素,且样品中各元素含量差异显著。其中裙带菜含量大小为:Cu>Mn>Zn,紫菜含量大小为:Cu>Mn>Zn,羊栖菜含量为:Zn>Mn>Cu,各元素RSD范围为0.42%~3.23%,各元素回收率在91.8%~109.2%之间。方法方便、简单快速。
Nitric acid and perchloric acid (4 + 1) decomposition samples were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The contents of trace elements Cu, Mn and Zn in three seaweeds were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that all of the above seaweeds are rich in copper, manganese and zinc trace elements closely related to human health, and the content of each element in the sample is significantly different. The content of Undaria pinnatifida was Cu> Mn> Zn. The content of seaweed was Cu> Mn> Zn, and the content of Habitat was Zn> Mn> Cu. The range of RSD was 0.42% -3.33% Rates ranged from 91.8% to 109.2%. The method is convenient, simple and fast.
