我队是在祖国社会主义建设大跃进的形势下组织起来的。从筹建到现在还只有四个多月的时间,和各兄弟队比起来,从那个方面来说都是比较年轻的。由于我队系一新队,人员和设备都是新调配来的,从五月开始建队以来,一直处于人员物资紧张的状态。到目前为止,我队的行政管理干部有40人;技术员54人(其中地质人员33人),工人126人。机械设备方面有:载重汽车3辆,钻机六台(其中500型一台,300型三台:150型两台)。就人员方面来说,不仅一时无法配齐,而且来自四面八方,绝大多数均是生手,缺乏实际工作经验。机械设备多残缺不全,钻机既无足够的动力,又无修配的设备。总的情况是底子差,力
Our team is organized under the situation of great leap forward in the socialist construction of the motherland. It was only four months from the time it was set up until now, and younger than that of other brother teams. Since my team is a new team, personnel and equipment are newly redeployed from the beginning of construction in May since the team has been in a state of material shortage of personnel.
