目的探讨乳腺癌中MGMT蛋白的表达与烷化剂疗效的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测115例乳腺癌患者MGMT蛋白的表达,并结合分析其与环磷酰胺(CTX)、顺铂(DDP)、紫杉醇(PTX)或泰索帝(TXT)的疗效关系。结果115例乳腺癌中MGMT蛋白总阳性率为86.1%(99/115)。MGMT蛋白阳性表达病例CTX,DDP的治疗有效率低,而MGMT蛋白低表达的病例CTX,DDP的治疗有效率高,MGMT高低与CTX,DDP的疗效显著相关(P<0.01),但与紫杉类化疗药的疗效不相关(P>0.5)。结论检测乳腺癌中MGMT蛋白的表达水平可预测CTX及DDP的疗效,对实现乳腺癌的个体化化疗有参考意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of MGMT protein and the efficacy of alkylating agents in breast cancer. Methods The expression of MGMT protein in 115 cases of breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between MGMT protein and CTM, cisplatin (DDP), paclitaxel (PTX) or taxotere (TXT) was analyzed. Results The total positive rate of MGMT protein in 115 cases of breast cancer was 86.1% (99/115). CTX and DDP in patients with MGMT positive expression were ineffective, CTX and DDP in patients with low expression of MGMT were highly effective, MGMT was significantly associated with the efficacy of CTX and DDP (P <0.01) The efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs was not related (P> 0.5). Conclusion Detecting the expression of MGMT protein in breast cancer can predict the therapeutic effect of CTX and DDP and have reference value for the individual chemotherapy of breast cancer.
