本文报告用电镜观察108例正常人血小板形态的变化, 其平均值圆型为0.85％,树突型为59.9％,扩大型为25.8％,聚集型为14.13％。正常人血小板聚集型比较恒定。血小板聚集型的正常范围是2.70～25.47％,26～30为可疑增高范围,30％以上为病理值。 血小板形态分类性别无明显差异。而年龄有一些差异。40岁以下组其扩大型比老年组增多,而树突型则减少。 对血小板形态正常值的临床意义进行了讨论。
This article reports the observation of 108 normal human platelet morphology changes by electron microscopy, the average round 0.85%, dendritic 59.9%, enlarged 25.8%, aggregated 14.13%. Normal platelet aggregation is relatively constant. The normal range of platelet aggregation is 2.70 ~ 25.47%, 26 ~ 30 for the suspicious range, more than 30% of the pathological value. No significant differences in the classification of platelet sex. There are some differences in age. In the group of 40 years old, the enlargement type increased more than the old group, while the dendritic type decreased. The clinical significance of normal platelet morphology was discussed.
