前言本刊八三年第二期发表的“振动时效技术在大型焊接件上的应用”(以下简称“应用”)一文,该文主要介绍对影响振动时效效果的各因素用正交试验进行优化选择,从而按重要性排出各因素的顺序。但是,对该文经过反复仔细的阅读、分析,并与我们的大量试验结果和生产实践相比较,发现该文在以下几个重要方面尚可进行探讨: 1.试验件和试验方法; 2.试验数据的处理和试验结论; 3.各因素之间的关系。术文就这些问题发表一些粗浅见解,与“应用”文进行讨论,希望这能有助于人们更深刻理解和正确掌握振动时效技术,能有助于该新技术的推广、应用。对于术文中的缺点和错误,欢迎
Preface The journal published in August issue of the second issue of “Vibration Aging Technology in large-scale welding parts application” (hereinafter referred to as “application”) a paper, the article describes the impact of vibration aging effect of various factors optimized by orthogonal test Select, in order of importance to discharge the order of the various factors. However, after reading and analyzing this paper repeatedly and comparing with our large number of test results and production practices, we find that this article can be explored in the following several important aspects: 1. Test pieces and test methods; Test data processing and experimental conclusions; 3 the relationship between the various factors. The article published some superficial opinions on these issues and discussed with the “application”.
