1.材料与方法(1) 材料:供试核形多角体病毒系华中师范学院77年7月病毒死体和78年8月病毒死体.供试幼虫系室内饲养的棉铃虫各龄幼虫.饲料为新鲜棉叶,在室温25—31℃下饲养. (2) 方法:采取喂食感染法.将具有典型的多角体病毒死体,加少许无菌水研碎,配制成一定浓度的浮悬液浸涂棉叶,晾干后饲喂幼虫.有毒棉叶供饲量依虫龄大小而定.2、3、4、龄幼虫分别给4、6、8cm~2,待幼虫食尽毒叶后,再换新鲜无毒棉叶喂养.逐日清除虫粪,并观察记载因感染病毒而死亡的幼虫数,求出死亡率.死虫的鉴定,以镜检为准.
