There are more reports about the significance of blood lead, urine lead and other indicators of workers exposed to lead, but few studies on lead content in hair. In the past ten years, the determination of metal components such as zinc, arsenic, cadmium and mercury contained in hair has been reported as an indicator of exposure to the substance. In 1958, hair lead content was reported as an indicator of acute lead poisoning. We tried to determine lead in order to understand the lead content of our country’s general population and lead workers and their relationship with lead.
