目的:探讨川芎嗪对大鼠心脏血流动力学作用及机制。方法:以左心室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室终末舒张压(LVEDP)、左心室最大变化速度(±dp/dt max)为指标,在氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉的 SD 大鼠上观察川芎嗪对上述指标的影响。结果:侧脑室注射川芎嗪后大鼠LVSP、LVDEP、±dp/dt max 明显增加,与生理盐水组和给药前比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。侧脑预先注射β受体阻断剂心得安可部分阻断川芎嗪增强 LVSP、LVEDP、±dp/dt max 的作用。结论:川芎嗪有明显增强 LVSP、LVEDP、±dp/dt max 的作用。川芎嗪增强心血管系统的作用可能部分由脑内β受体介导。
Objective: To investigate the effect of tetramethylpyrazine on cardiac hemodynamics in rats and its mechanism. METHODS: Tetramethylpyrazine was observed on urethane anesthetized SD rats using left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP), and maximum left ventricular velocity (±dp/dt max) as indicators. Impact on the above indicators. RESULTS: The LVSP, LVEEP, and ±dp/dt max in rats were significantly increased after intracerebroventricular injection of tetramethylpyrazine. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.01). Preinjection of beta-blocker propranolol in the lateral brain partially blocked the effects of tetramethylpyrazine enhancing LVSP, LVEDP, and ±dp/dt max. Conclusion: Tetramethylpyrazine significantly enhances the effects of LVSP, LVEDP, and ±dp/dt max. The effects of tetramethylpyrazine on enhancing cardiovascular system may be partly mediated by brain β receptors.
