目的 :探讨膀胱肿瘤经尿道汽化电切术治疗的临床疗效。方法 :对 4 2例膀胱肿瘤采用经尿道汽化切除术。结果 :4 2例膀胱肿瘤均全部切除。平均手术时间 5～ 38min ,出血 5～ 5 0ml,全组无输血 ,无膀胱穿孔发生 ,术后追踪 6个月～ 3年 ,肿瘤复发 9例 ,其中原发灶复发 2例 ,新病灶 7例。结论 :与开放性手术相比 ,膀胱肿瘤经尿道汽化电切术具有操作简便 ,手术时间短 ,出血少 ,对病人打击小 ,恢复快 ,疗效显著 ,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of transurethral vaporization of bladder tumor. Methods: Transurethral vaporization resection was performed on 42 cases of bladder tumor. Results: 42 cases of bladder cancer were all excised. The average operation time was 5 ~ 38min and the bleeding was 5 ~ 50ml. There was no blood transfusion and no bladder perforation in the whole group. The patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years after surgery. There were 9 cases of recurrent tumors, including 2 cases of recurrent primary tumors and 7 cases of new lesions . Conclusion: Compared with open surgery, transurethral resection of the bladder tumor has the advantages of simple operation, short operation time, less bleeding, less impact on the patient, rapid recovery, and remarkable curative effect.
