小班化教育是适应新课程的教育形式,是教育现代化的标志。新课程倡导的学习方式的变革、教师角色的转变、发展性评价的实施等层面的变革,在小班的教育中能够更好地实现。小班化环境下的小学数学有效课堂研究,让“小班化”成为课堂“有效性”的资源和条件。对学生来说,小班化带给他们的是拥有更多的学习机会,包括得到老师关爱的机会,展示自己的机会,锻炼自己的机会,交流与合作的机会等。对教师来说,小班化带来的是更好的发展机遇。
