没有规矩不成方圆,这个道理尽人皆知。但有了规矩,就能成方圆吗?作为班主任,我最为困惑的是,校规校纪一大本,班规班纪贴满墙,老师耳提面命不厌其烦地提要求讲纪律,可有些学生依然我行我素,不守规矩。原因何在呢?我想到了袋鼠的故事。袋鼠从围栏里跑了出来,管理员以为围栏太低,就把围栏加高了一截。袋鼠接连跑了三天,管理员每天都加高一大截。长颈鹿问袋鼠:“你觉得人类还会加高围栏吗?”袋鼠回答:
