牛皮癣(银屑病)是一种常见的皮肤病,原因不明,治疗困难,复发率高,往往长期不愈。治疗方法虽然很多但都不能令人满意,外用药使用不便又沾污衣服患者多不愿接受因而影响治疗。自59年起我院皮肤科使用白血宁(Aminopterin)口服治疗牛皮癣共177例,初步收到相当良好的效果,今将点滴经验总结报告以供同志们参考。一、治疗例数:完成一个疗程以上的完整病例为177例。男141例,女36例,男女比例约为4:1。
