用Galerkin有限元法对液压控制锥阀在不同的开口度、不同的阀芯结构、不同的阀座尺寸下的内流场进行数值计算,计算结果以可视的图形图像形式给出。并用DPIV技术对锥阀内流场进行试验可视化研究,试验结果与计算结果吻合。研究结果对设计低能耗、低噪声液压锥阀具有指导意义。
The Galerkin finite element method is used to calculate the internal flow field of the hydraulic control cone valve with different opening degree, different valve core structure and different seat sizes. The calculation results are given in the form of visual graphic images. The DPIV technology was used to visualize the flow field in the cone valve. The experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated results. The results of the study on the design of low-power, low noise hydraulic cone valve instructive.
